REQUIREMENTS
TOURIST VISA APPLICATION
| 1. |
Two Tourist Visa Application forms. |
| 2. |
Three colour photos (35 mm X 45 mm) (recent photos). |
| 3. |
Valid passport with some blank pages for visa. (The passport
should have a valid period of at least 6 months). |
| 4. |
One Arrival Report Form |
| 5. |
Fill in 2 visa application forms and 1 report of arrival form,
then the applicant has to sign them and send them to Myanmar
Consulate-General. |
| 6. |
Tourist visa has a validity of 6 months from the date of issue.
The stay is 4 weeks for Tourist visa from the date of entry. |

BUSINESS VISA APPLICATION

Two Business Entry Visa Application forms. |
| 2. |
Three colour photos (35 mm X 45 mm) (recent photos). |
| 3. |
Valid passport with some vacant pages for visa. (The passport
should have a valid period of at least 6 months). |
| 4. |
One Arrival Report Form |
| 5. |
An invitation letter from an economic organization or a company
in Myanmar mentioning the invitee's name and purpose of the
visit of the invitee. |
| 6. |
Fill in 2 visa application forms and 1 report of arrival form,
then the applicant has to sign them and send them together with
an invitation letter (from an economic organization or a company
in Myanmar) to Myanmar Consulate-General. |
| 7. |
Business visa has a validity of 3 months from the date of
issue. The stay is 10 weeks for Business visa from the date
of entry. |
